Hi !
I remember seeing once on ebay a rather nice looking double pack boxed edition of these two games, which was NOT a budget release, but a collector's edition. Does anyone else remember this and/or have a link to the box picture or information ?

Hi Gelert

I haven't seen a bundled box collectors edition of the games.
I have seen a bundled together walkthrough of the two games that had a really nice looking cover.
I've heard that Steam has the game bundled together but that is a download.

Hi hats. Until I see it again I'll always doubt that I was seeing what I thought I saw. I could have sworn it was a double pack. But I've found no trace of it on Google, so I'm doubting myself a little now. Damn ! I wish I'd saved the page, as I sometimes do.
Aah well ! Smile

I am quite sure that I bought the double pack many years ago and have them somewhere packed up if you are looking for them. Let me know if you are.

hi mbday

Is it the budget release though ? Or this collectors' version that I'm convinced I saw ?

Thanks
Wayne (Gelert)

they aren't the white label, if that is what you are asking. I got them many years ago and they came in a bookcase sort of thing. If you would be interested, I can dig them out and send you a picture. but, they have pictures on the front. I just looked on line to see if I could find a picture of what I have, but, I don't see anything.

I found my games and took a picture but it is beyond me on how to post them. I clicked on insert an image but when I dragged my image to this place it doesn't show up.

Hi lakerz.
No, I can't. If you take a look at my earlier post you'll see that I only saw it once and can't find anything of it on Google. I may have been dreaming. :p
mbday's wasn't what I was looking for.
So, sigh ! Neutral

I remember one of the two games had a pretty cool collector's version box....I think it was 11th Hour, where the box incorporated a clock design or something like that. But I've never seen a combo collector's version.

hi lakerz.
Yes I have the clock box. It's fragile, but really nice indeed.
The 7th Guest had the book box with video of course, but I'm still fairly convinced I saw this collector's edition double pack.
The one thing I'm thinking is possible, though, is that it was a custom made box, perhaps by a collector with a love of the games.

Another real rarity is Uncle Henry's Playhouse. I think that game only sold 120 copies or something like that!

I have that. But it does crop up on ebay now and then. What about this double pack collector's edition ? Was I imagining it ?

Gelert - you have such a creative mind, you can probably construct one yourself based on how you imagined seeing it in your mind. Then you can unveil it to the world with much acclaim and applause! cheers
