I don't remember the tricycle from Benny Hill, but you could be right hatshepsut. I didn't watch every show.

Gelert the show that I'm thinking was Benny Hill may not be Benny Hill. The actor in the show doesn't look like the same same person. The person I remember was shorter and heavier. And wore a bobbies uniform most of the time. It seems like most of the shows took place in a park.

Tell me what you would think of Bing Crosby playing the part of Columbo in the TV series by the same name. Thats right, the Bing man was asked first by the producers along with Lee J. Cobb. Cobb was not available and Bing turned it down. It was then that they settled on Peter Faulk. Could you imaging Bing crooning the criminals to confess? I am not sure how long the show would have lasted with Bing Crosby as Columbo.

I didn't know that. I just can't imagine anyone but Peter Falk as Columbo.
