| Does anyone have any New Years Resolutions for 2011?
Mine is the same that I have made for the last couple of years but haven't been able to complete.

| I have a few resolutions: To walk more now that I can again. To get to sleep by 1:00 AM instead of 3:00 or 4:00. I need at least 7 hours sleep and have been getting 5-6, which makes me crabby and forgetful. To pay attention to what I'm eating and actually savor it. To see more movies. I've missed so many since my best friend and movie buddy died. To try out for another play. I used to be active in several community theaters, but haven't tried out for anything in about 10 years. To chill out about the small stuff. Banging my head over people and situations I can't change just gives me a headache.

| Mine is to hit the floor and get rid of those extra pounds of beef I've packed on. It's starting already, I weighed in at 164lbs from 170, so far so good. | |

| I like Ang's resolutions. I don't make New Years resolutions anymore. I'm at the point in life...either do it...or stop talking about it. But cheers to all of you who resolve and then do! Here's too weight loss, long walks, revitalized friendships and interests, more games, more coolness, more sleep, more sleep walking...and more fun sharing thoughts and laughter on these boards! | |

| I agree with those sentiments jk, especially with fun sharing thoughts and laughter. Laughter is one of the most precious gifts we have. I love to hear people laughing, it is music. hatshepsut | |

| Well I've started my resolution already, I started exercising Sunday. I just started out with stretching, oh man was I sore just from doing that. My bum was sore from sitting too much and then the stretch just made it worse. So yesterday it was a day on the couch watching an old StarTrek movie. I'm going to try to stick with it. This resolution was easy to stick with | |

Sounds like what I want to do this year - but I've overspent in January, owe Mom a little over $80 plus an additional $31 $11 (was waiting until Feb. to buy these computer repair tech books, but someone beat me to buying the 2 that I had in my Amazon cart so I had to hurry and pick another book @ $19.90 b/c if I waited, the remaining ones at $19.xx would get picked out, leaving me with the higher-priced books and a higher debt which I'd rather not have) so I won't be putting any $$ towards PC components in Feb, although Mom told me she was thinking about going on another of our cruises. @Hat, who are you building this new computer for - yourself? I know a couple of people over at MM built their new PC's already - Drac built hers in '09 and Lexxy built hers at about the same time. Really, I think it's fun to build yourself a computer - more fun than buying it. | |
