A Little Too Much

Good day fellow gamers, no wonder my Mourning Doves look like hens, well in my defense they came here looking that way but I didn't help matters any. I didn't realize till the snow starting melting and I swept it into a pile just how much we were feeding them. I think we might have over done it a little as you can well see, and this is just in one small area

Hi Win and Hats, they are so well fed that now they seem to be wasteful. After that pile I decided to cut them down and wasn't going to put anymore seed out, but two doves were sitting on my doorstep looking in my house, so I felt sorry for them and gave in. I'm going to have to scoop up that old seed, Ana over at GB said it could be contaminated. That would break my heart of they got sick because of me.

Birds are very interesting to watch. That is so cute that two of them sat there looking in your door. If I don't fill my birds bowl up enough she chatters at me or hunches down and gives me the evil eye. She throws the seeds she doesn't like out of the cage then looks at the floor and squawks. She's very funny.

That sounds so cute Hats, what kind of bird do you have. A lady who lives on the other street over from me has a white cockatoo, that thing is loud, I don't know how she stands it squawking so close to her ear. But the things we put up for our furry and feather babies I think they know they know they can get away with just about anything

I have a green cheek conure. She is really pretty with green, yellow red, blue and black feathers. She is quite a little character. She likes to watch tv and will squawk and whistle if I don't turn it on for her. She pouts if she doesn't get a piece of apple and grape everyday. I just adore her.
