| I see that on another forum some people are finding Gray Matter at their local Walmart for $19.99. I haven't seen it at my local Walmart. Have any of you seen it at local store ?

| I checked my local Walmart and our new Walmart SuperStore a few miles away. No dice. Our Walmart's haven't carried very many PC games for almost a year now. They have the PS3 and Wii games as well as DS. Very few PC games. I was really bummed. |

| jk your Walmart sounds like my local Walmart. Just a few shelves of causal games all the rest are PS3, wii and xbox360. I think I'll go up to the city later this week and see if any of the Walmarts up there have it. Gray Matter seems to be only showing up in selected areas though hatshepsut _________________ She Who Would Be King

| Target seem to offer a better selection of pc games , but they're a tad too fond of asking for ID at purchase time . Both Target and Wal Mart in my area don not have Gray Matter in stock . Forget trying GameStop ! |

| Faust are they still carding you at Target ? I haven't been able to find an adventure game at Gamestop or Walmart for a long time. hatshepsut _________________ She Who Would Be King

| Yes Hats , they are . The last time I was in my local Target was around Christmas , getting Mafia II on Xbox 360 for my stepson . As soon as the cashier scanned the game , I was asked for my ID . My wife had to walk out to the car to get my wallet . Rather embarrassing ! I wanted to scream at that little girl , "do I look like I'm not old enough ? "
Good luck finding ANY pc game at GameStop ! They seem to be all about console games now . I see an occasional adventure game at Wal Mart though . |

| It is embarrassing. I was carded again at Bestbuy not to long ago. I have mostly given up on Gamestop unless I'm looking for a console game. hatshepsut _________________ She Who Would Be King

| It's embarrassing , because people can tell if your old enough to buy the game , & they still ask anyway ! I understand it's part of the job , but come on ! There are a couple of used game stores near me , so I pretty much avoid GameStop all together . If it's a new console game , I'm usually at Wal Mart .
On a side note , for those of us that like fps games , & have the specs to run it , the Multiplayer demo of Crysis 2 went live today . |

| Actually I applaud Target for asking for ID. I wish it would be mandatory for all stores to do this and for sure it should be a law that Movie Theaters & Video rentals do. In a society that has become way too lax & permissive to what our children are viewing and being exposed to, I could care less if a cashier asks me for ID if it prevents one child from it.. To make sure there is no question or leaving it up to the discretion of the cashier as to what age the buyer is, it is easier for the computer to tell the cashier to ask everyone. This leaves the business no need to police the employees. Whats the difference if someone asks for ID on a game or beer than them asking for ID when you use a Credit Card?.... Don't even get me started on asking for ID on Credit cards ...why isn't it mandatory? |

| I think there would probably be a lot less credit card fraud if they asked for ID. I usually don't mind being carded but it was a little embarrassing when the check out clerk said 'wow you don't look ** years old' Actually Target isn't the only place that cards you. The Gamestop I go to will card you , Walmart will card you for a variety of purchases and the movie rental place here where I live cards you. hatshepsut _________________ She Who Would Be King

For me , it's not the issue of being carded , it's the issue of being carded , when it's blatantly obvious that I'm old enough to buy anything in the store .I have gray hair in my goatee , & on my face , depending on if I shave or not . I do occasionally get carded at Wal Mart for buying beer , but that doesn't happen much . If a child isn't old enough , that's just tough cookies , however , it's the responsibility of the child's parents to police what the child is exposed to , not the game developers , movie makers , etc . Becoming lax , that , I'll agreee with Greyfuss . All too much , parents today rely on the tv or other means to watch their kids , instead of doing it themselves . I will not get you started on ID for credit cards GF ! That would be hard to do though , if you're buying something over the net . |

| I saw it at Walmart yesterday too. I already pre-ordered from Dave (along with 15 Days and Art of Murder Secret Files . ) Should be here today.I haven't been in Walmart in awhile and I noticed their PC game section shrunk quite a bit. |
