Did anyone here ever play .... Discworld Noir?
Now there's a rarely talked about, and frequently overlooked Adventure. It could, in my opinion, easily fall into the 'classic Adventure' category. I love the noir feel to it as well as the comedic value. Some of the characters were pretty cool; especially Malachite and the bartender. I played the game a few years ago, and I don't remember if the bartender had a name, but I know that both he and Lewton were voiced by a well known Welsh comedian (used to live near me), and star of Gavin and Stacey, Rob Brydon. Discworld Noir was very, very different to the first two Discworld games, and was nowhere near as difficult. Discworld is a lovely game, but it's one of the toughest Adventure games out there. I thoroughly recommend Discworld Noir and, although it's not easily played on Windows XP, it's well worth the effort if you're into weird noirish games with a good few laughs along the way. It's certainly DIFFERENT!
