| If you don't have Tex Murphy Martian Memorandum or Tex Murphy Mean Streets and have wanted to play them or if you have them but can't get them to run then you are in luck. GOG has them bundled together for free till Dec 24. All you have to do is register and download. You can find Tex Murphy here:
http://www.gog.com/en/frontpage/
They also have: Beneath a Steel Sky Lure of the Temptress Teenagent for free download . And they have some other older games for purchase.
Happy gaming!

| I hadn't thought that GOG might be affecting prices on vintage games elsewhere. So a person looking for a vintage game might find it on Ebay now for a lesser price ? If so it might be worth looking into.

| GreyFuss the really great news about it is that Avtivision has a very large catalog of games going back to 1985. I took a look at their catalog and there are some games that are either very hard to find or probably wouldn't play if you could find them. I am really curious about what games they will be offering in Feb and the future. hatshepsut | |

| I was just looking through the list of games supposedly released by Activision at WIKI and I am not that impressed when it comes to what they had in the way of adventure games. There are a few good ones on this list but not very many adventures at all. Is there a better list out there than this?
Now what would make me all A-GOG (get it?) is if they announced that they are going to release the Cryo catalog of games. Speaking of Cryo, didn't I read somewhere a while back that the new Microids Publishing Company had attained the rights to the Cryo collection just before they were bought out? | |

| GreyFuss that is the only list of games for Activision that I have been able to find. It seems like I heard somewhere that they had bought some rights from sme other companies that were no longer in business but I can not find it now.

| WOW, OH WOW This merger between Activision and GOG is looking to be a fantastic deal for adventure gamers everywhere especially newer members to the genre. The merger is going to put GOG in the map for sure and may pave the way for other, maybe now defunct, rights holders of old games to jump on board. Yep this merger is up there with some of the best, Brad and Angelie, Laural and Hardy and Peanut Butter and Jelly. | |

| This deal with Activision is really going to put GOG on the map. Will others follow and will they also move into the recent game download market? I can't believe they are only charging $5.99 for The Beast Within. I thought for sure they could have gotten $9.99 for that. | |

| GreyFuss I think they could have easily asked 9.99 for The Beast Within and gotten it. So far this new partnership with Activision has been a very good deal. A very good deal for gamers too when you consider that GOG has done all the work to get your game to play, the easy download and you can download or redownload whenever you want. I believe you can burn your game to a disk also. I am very curious about what other game offerings will be comeing in the future.
