| Why is that? This game had good critics as far as I know. I have it too but not yet played it. | |

| It is more than silly.... (in my point of view) I think it was make with "The Valley Girl" in mind. I like humor... loved the Monkey Island games and such... but this one is over the top with the dumb blonde character.... But I must say... I was not a Lucille Ball fan either.... just don't like Over the top Dumb...people. | |

| I thought of that too, that this game might be silly and I had also my fears about the game because of the main hero-ine of it. But I found it in a very good prize, it's also nice technically, had good critics, so I thought I should buy it. Would you recommend buying it? I've been trying to get back into the adventure scene and I need something fun. I was thinking about Jack Keane or Runaway 3: A Twist of Fate. I already played the first so I might as well finish the series. | |

| I absolutely loved the original Runaway, including the soundtrack. I was really disappointed with the second. Not sure if that helps. | |

I have that one. I played it for a while and then I gave up b/c I got stuck on a beach and got tired of talking to that girl and her taking forever to turn around to answer me. Then either my OS crashed or it's in the box to move. Also I'm not surprised about the negative review. I've heard mixed things about it. Although I will say the voice acting was a little better and the puzzles were funnier. It just had some story problems like the first did.

| @ thedude Well I haven't played So Blonde yet, but as far as I know the game lasts long and is difficult enough. It is technically a nice game and you can find it very in a really cheap price. If the "blondie" isn't an issue for you, than I would recommend you to buy this game. Other games that you would probably like are: 1) Ghost Pirates of Vooju Island 2) The Abbey 3) Book of Unwritten Tales 4) Everlight 5) Simon the Sorcerer 4 6) Next Big Thing 7) Captain Morgane and the Golden Turtle Tales of Monkey Island 9) Tale of a Hero 10) Hollywood Monsters 11) Gilbert Goodmate 12) Gray Matter 13) What makes you Tick: A Stitch in Time 14) Jolly Rover 15) Kaptain Brawe: A Brawe new world 16) Ceville 17) Broken Sword 2.5-The Return of the Templars (freeware) 18) Gemini Rue 19) A New Beginning 20) Diamonds in the Rough I have played many of these and if you take a look in the internet you will find good critics for all of them! | |

| EPIC reply!
Ty for the list. I'll have to track down some of them. I so need Gemini Rue. It's made by the same guy who does the Blackwell Legacy and that was pretty decent so far. I did enjoy the rabbi one more.
Holy crapola you guys are nice. Usually there's some sort of BS hazing people do in forums but I haven't seen any of that here, so TY.

| AP is one of the best forums around. Everybody here is so friendly and nice. There are no "wannabes" or arrogants like in other (well known) forums of the Adventures scene. So I agree with you . There are many good games out there I could mention some more for you. Take a look at: 1) A Vampyre Story 2) Whispered World 3) Journey to the Moon 4) Destination Treasure Island 5) Ankh 6) Sam'n'Max seasons 1-3 7) Machinarium Return to Mysterius Island 9) Lost Horizon 10) Dreamfall 11)Syberia 1-2 12)The Longest Journey. Both this list and the one above include contains games of the Perion 2000-2012. And all of them are considered to be great games. | |

| I played The Whispered World a couple of months ago and I recommend it. A really good game. And I love cartoony graphics. Thedude ................... Don't forget to check the main Adventure Point website database for games you're not sure of. That's what it's there for. ............. Oops! And Tsampikos' excellent News feed on Adventure Point's FaceBook page of course. | |
