Space Quest II Remake to be released on December the 30th!

Infamous Adventures (famous for the great King's Quest Remakes) has announced that the Space Quest II Remake will be released (and will be freeware) on December the 30th 2011! What a New years eve present!

Thanks for this info tsampikos, I love the old games, I wish someone would remake them all. I love the old Zork series. I don't know but to me I like the old games better than the new ones. Not too wild about those HOG games, those lists drive me up the wall. Keep us posted

In another thread I have written about another new freeware Space Quest game (Vorhaul Strikes Back) , which is since a couple of days available. It looks amazing too!

The AGS forums are heaping a lot of praise on the Vorhaul Strikes Back game so I downloaded it as well as the Space Quest 2 remake. Honestly, it's been such a long time since I played SQ 2 that I forget it all. Thus, the remake will pretty much be brand new to me, ha ha.

I haven't played any of the Space Quest games so it's all brand new to me. I have a couple of the old games sitting in my to play pile just haven't gotten to them yet. I'm going to download Vorhaul Strikes Back and the Space Quest 2 remake and play them first. I'm on a AGS game playing kick right now.
