Thank you so much Hats for the lovely greeting. It's turning out great so far. Hubby bought me a new video card for my computer, Chinese food last month because he couldn't wait, it was KFC today, he also bought me a sci-fi city graphic model from Renderosity, a cheesecake and a cute card of a fire station Dalmatian putting out the candles in the old doggie tradition, and he's getting me a comforter for my bed. So I made out like a bandit this birthday.

I feel pretty good today for turning 58, let me tell you though I was feeling it yesterday, I had banged my hand on the knob of the bathroom door a couple of nights before, I was in so much pain right from the tips of my fingers to my elbow, but it didn't stop me from playing my PS2. Sometimes I think I'm my own worst enemy. Well I'm off, thank you once again

Thank you Win, I had a great day yesterday being treated like a queen all day, but now it's back to some kind of normal. I was hoping to get some work done on Hawk Manor today but sitting is starting to become a bit of a problem. I have to do the treadmill today so hopefully I'll feel better after that. How are you doing yourself. I must try to get by here and MM more often, I miss my friends on these sites. But with so much going on these days people tell me it's a wonder I have time to sleep. Take care for now

Thank you so much Lakerz, hubby went about as all out as our finances allowed. I still have half a cheesecake left which I took out of the freezer last night, but once that's gone that's it for sweets for awhile  

Sounds like a good occassion to go all out and splurge on some tasty treats and other excitement. I have a hard time eating cheesecake. It is good, but seems like 4 or 5 bites and I am already full. Just so rich and filling.

I'm not supposed to be eating sugar because I have eczema, but after all we are talking about cheesecake here, it's a hard thing for me to resist, now it's back to the old diet and treadmill again  

That is odd about the cheesecake isn't it lakerz. I love cheesecake but after three or four bites I can't eat anymore either.
