Appleworks has a Paint-like function, and I also have a couple of other graphics programs. I like jigsaws, but trying to assemble all those squares would probably cause my brain to implode.

The girl at right, up-center, has an open mouth, so she's either moaning from pleasure or singing, (she's the only face in focus so she must be important) so it's probably a teen movie with songs in a high-school (the basketball field), the most famous is High School Musical, (given also the mostly red uniforms)
And I've never seen the movie

I figured it was a crowd on bleachers of some kind, and it looked like kids, hence the second guess. I vaguely remember the title High School Musical now that it has been guessed, but I wouldn't have come up with it even with a regular screenshot. Good job, SE!
