Believe it or not I've actually seen this before although I can't imagine me playing a game like this. Must have seen it on another Forums Screenshot game or maybe a Tournament.

Tony Tough and the Night of the Roasted Moths was a pretty good humous little game.......some very strange and difficult puzzles though
