I also remember this puzzle of not to long ago and for a while it gave me fits until I understood what it was I was supposed to do. Could it be from Chronicles of Mystery Tree of Life???

Yes, it's Tree of Life. Too bad they don't do adventures anymore cause I thought it was a big leap forward from Scorpio Ritual.
