| I have never seen these before. I was at the book store and picked up Nancy Drew Curse of Blackmoor Manor. I have played it on PC but these you can play on the T.V. with the remote. You can play alone or with 1 or 2 player format.( I have a big screen TV....Large Nancy..lol) Should be interesting..different.Has anyone heard of these? | |

| Ang I have an Interactive DVD game too but I haven't played it yet. Did the book store have a large selection of Interactive DVD games?

| The Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective series was available as an Interactive DVD in the 90's. Here's one of them; http://www.adventurepoint.co.uk/#/sherlock-holmes-consulting-det/4527576704 I think Point of View and Tender Loving Care were too .... http://www.adventurepoint.co.uk/#/point-of-view/4527391035 One I've always fancied trying is Scourge of Worlds; http://www.adventurepoint.co.uk/#/scourge-of-worlds/4530462986 It looks lush! | |

| Gelert you are correct Point of View and Tender Loving Care are both Interactive DVD's that play on your TV. I hadn't heard of them either until about a year ago when I got these two games.

| I bought Secrets of Da Vinci on ebay and it turned out to be an interactive DVD. It was nice to see the mansion and surroundings on a bigger screen, but it was much shorter than the pc game (that I bought later), maybe 3 hours playing time. | |

| You mean you can play a PC game on yor tv? Instead of sitting in a hard office chair that hurts your butt? I rather like this idea! All snug & comfy on the couch, playing a game! | |

| Yes Mystery Lover there are some Interactive DVD games that you play on your TV. I don't know how many different titles there are or how available they might be.
HandsFree I'll bet the setting was beautiful on the bigger screen. With only about 3 hours of game play were there many segments of the game not included ? How did that affect the story line? Were the puzzles the same ?

| Whether it's every version of Point of View and Tender Loving Care, I'm not sure. Probably, though. | |

| I played both of these titles, Point of View and Tender Loving Care on my TV with the remote while on the treadmill. The term game is kinda used here loosely. Both stories and acting I found to be terrific. Also I need to point out that both of these same DVD games played on my computer with a mouse too as long as you have a program that can decode the DVD format. There are free programs on the Internet that will do this for you. Point of View was only released as a DVD for DVD players whereas Tender Loving Care had 2 versions. The DVD version which was made for DVD players and the 4 disk CD version for Win 95. The DVD version has much better graphics though. Keep in mind though that both DVD version can play on your computer too. Any other questions? | |

| GreyFuss, I believe Point of View came out on both DVD-ROM and CD-ROM. I think both games are still available from Aftermath Media. | |

Yes, a lot had been left out, but the overall story was the same. I don't quite remember if all the puzzles in the DVD version were also in the PC game, but I think they were. | |

| Thank you HandsFree. I wonder if all the Interactive DVD games that play on TV are shortened like that.
