Actually, I think it's Martin Mystere that has been cropped out.

It is Martin Mysteré (aka Crime Stories), although it's Martin's wife who has been cropped out.

Really? I thought I'd seen that room with Martin in it. I remember you do get to play as his wife too, so that's probably it.
