I was thinking the same thing, Gelert. It is in the top 250 (Under the Chinese title)....but I couldn't locate this screen shot.

Looking at the screenshot links that imdb provides I'm pretty sure it is it.
And the actual shot is there somewhere also.

By the way you can check IMDb Top 250 under Title Groups and choose Korea under Countries to find it immediately with the search engine, I thought jkeerie found 'An inspector calls' with the engine (Countries=UK, Keywords=based on play, Release Date=1954, Color Info=B&W), if you are a glutton for punishment you can also search for a Razzie-winning movie to rent for the evening

Actually, SuperEdy....I didn't use the search engine at all. I didn't even know about it unitl you provided the link! I simply googled the studio that Gelert mentioned. Caught the name of Alistair Sim in one of their earliest comedies. Then did a search on his films...and went back to Imdb to confirm.

Obviously in my case, the long way around was the short way home!

Yes, but I didn't know it was Korean.
First I checked IMDB top 250 and added 'food'. That gave 249 hits.

That food is called dumpling (I know, it's difficult to remember ) and has an important role in the movie

I think the shot is from Dark City, when the city reshapes itself, gosh I love that film
